360 King Boutique Suites

360 King Boutique Suites in Charleston was perfect. It’s centrally located right on King Street, so if you’re looking to be in the heart of the city, this is the place to stay. My wife and I were able to walk to all of our favorite shops and restaurants with ease. It’s also very pet-friendly, which we really appreciated since we travel with our dogs. Marion Square is just a short walk away and offers plenty of green space for them. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The space was thoughtfully designed, well-curated, and had great amenities. We would absolutely stay here again on future trips to Charleston.

It was my first time in Charleston for work and needed a home base for me and my assistant -- the two bedroom suite was absolute perfection. A full kitchen (although we took advantage of the local cuisine more than staying in), and ample space for us to have enough room to ourselves. When I needed to add an unexpected night onto the front end of my reservation, they were so accommodating and quick to help. Bethany was sweet as could be and held my bags when I arrived early and had them delivered to my room upon check in while I worked in their sister property Hidden House with a full coffee bar and toast menu that was delish. She did the same on check out prior to heading to the airport. Beds were comfortable and sound machines were a lovely addition (and really should be in every hotel/airbnb room). Location can't be beat with so many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. It's a college town, so expect some noise on the weekends outside but that didn't bother us. While the setup works more like an airbnb (which I prefer) as they do not come in daily to clean up, they have a constant concierge available via text for anything you could possibly need. It was such a lovely experience. Will definitely be back!

Definitely the best stay we’ve ever had in Charleston. We absolutely loved our suite and the attention paid to the details. “Love is in the details” is one of my favorite quotes and when I tell you they go above and beyond. From the earplugs, to the makeup cloths, to the diffusers, to every kitchen utensil you could ask for…everything was intentional and definitely made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was also an added plus as you’re right in the mix of all that Charleston has to offer. Bethany was very responsive and kind. Beautiful hotel, beautiful suite, amazing staff! You can’t go wrong with 360 King.

I brought my daughter here for her 9th birthday and we had such an amazing experience. I really wanted to stay right in the heart of King Street so we could shop and celebrate her big day, and this location was absolutely perfect. We felt very safe, the interior was gorgeous, and we loved being able to step out to shop and grab food, then come right back without needing to Uber anywhere. Bethany was wonderful and answered all of my questions so promptly. We’re already looking forward to planning our next stay very soon!

Amazing stay at 360 King boutique suites! We stayed in November for 3 nights. The location can’t be beat. Just steps out the door to all the best shopping on King Street. And walking distance to so many great places to eat. The staff was so accommodating and provided a pack n play for my baby. The rooms are so spacious, well furnished, and full of character. The suites include a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Wow! So much more comfortable and homey than your typical hotel room. This place is a gem, highly recommend if you want to explore downtown Charleston!

My sister and I stayed at 360 King during our trip to Charleston, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is gorgeous! Beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. The location was amazing. We were able to walk to so many great restaurants, shops, and cute places to grab a drink. We also heard that the hotel’s coffee and wine bar, The Hidden House, is opening soon, and we’re so excited to come back to check it out! We were able to see it when we checked in and that is when we met Bethany who was also so sweet! We are so excited to come back!

We loved staying at 360 king. The whole experience start to finish was incredible. We were greeted by Bethany and Julia and two gentlemen (owner) who welcomed us and helped with our luggage. Our apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless! The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. They provided a white noise machine and even earplugs. Biggest surprise was that the hairdryer even had a diffuser!!! Important and unusual for girls with curly hair. Bethany and Julia were sweet, friendly and available for questions and suggestions almost immediately. They were able to offer early check in and late checkout without us even asking. Perfectly situated with food options just down the street, walking distance from the college and right on king with all the shops. Still, a quiet neighborhood and to top it all off, free parkingWe will definitely be staying here again. I cannot recommend 360 king enough

This place is amazing! From the moment my wife and I arrived at 360 King, we felt so welcomed especially by Bethany who checked us in from a cute little coffee house at the back of the hotel called the Hidden House! She was so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and even left us a little personalized welcome note in the room! The attention to detail throughout the property is unbelievable. Since it’s right in the heart of downtown, we really appreciated the sound machines and earplugs provided in the bedrooms. It is the small touches that make such a big difference. The room itself was absolutely stunning, with a modern design that still kept all the classic charm of Charleston. High ceilings, exposed brick, upgraded appliances… every corner of the space was beautifully done. We kept finding little details that made the place feel special, and it was clear how much care went into designing and maintaining it. We couldn’t stop saying how gorgeous everything was. 360 King exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!
